Refund policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS                                                    

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Only unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.        Opened or used skincare products cannot be accepted due to hygiene and safety regulations.

 

RETRUN PROCESS     

To return an item, please email us at support@akinyiskin.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label. Pack the item securely and apply the return label on the outside of the package, then mail your return. Return shipping charges will be paid AKINYI. 

 

REFUNDS

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. 

 

EXCHANGES                                                                                                 

Exchanges are available for unopened products of equal value, subject to stock availability. If the requested product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
